How does pricing work during the launch period?

During our launch period, no online payment is required through our platform. You pay the day pass price directly at the hotel reception when you arrive. Prices vary depending on the hotel and package selected. This approach lets us test our platform and gather feedback while providing flexibility for both guests and hotels.

Which hotels are available?

Do I need to create an account?

You can browse hotels without an account, but you'll need to sign up (free and quick!) to make bookings. Creating an account also lets you manage your bookings, view history, and save favorite hotels. You can sign up with email or Google for faster registration.

How do I make a booking?

Booking is simple and takes less than 2 minutes:

Can I book for today?

Yes! If slots are available, you can book same-day passes. However, we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability, especially for weekends and holidays. Early booking also gives you more package options to choose from.

Can I book for a group?

Absolutely! Each day pass has a capacity limit (usually 1-5 guests). You can book multiple passes for larger groups. For corporate events or groups over 20 people, please contact us directly or reach out to the hotel for special group arrangements and potential discounts.

How far in advance can I book?

You can typically book up to 30 days in advance, though this varies by hotel and season. Some properties may offer longer booking windows during off-peak periods. We recommend booking early for popular dates like weekends, holidays, and summer months to secure your preferred time slot.

What if the hotel is fully booked?

If your preferred date is fully booked, try selecting a different date or check our other partner hotels in the same area. You can also save the hotel to your favorites and check back later as cancellations may open up slots. We're constantly adding new hotel partners, so check back regularly!

Yes! Children are welcome at all our partner hotels. Most hotels have dedicated kids' pools and play areas. Children over 3 years typically need to be counted in your guest total. Cancellations & Changes

Can I change my booking date?

To change your date, you'll need to cancel your current booking (within the cancellation window) and create a new one for your preferred date. We're working on adding a direct modification feature. Contact support if you need help with this process.

What if I can't make it?

Please cancel your booking as soon as possible if you can't attend. This frees up the slot for other guests and helps maintain good relationships with our hotel partners. No-shows without cancellation may result in account restrictions. We understand emergencies happen - just contact support if you have special circumstances.

Is my personal information safe?

I didn't receive my confirmation email

If you didn't receive your confirmation email:

You can still use your booking - just show your booking ID from the account dashboard at the hotel.

How do I reset my password?

Can I delete my account?

Yes, you can request account deletion by contacting our support team. Please note this will cancel all future bookings and permanently delete your booking history. This action cannot be undone. We'll be sad to see you go, but we respect your choice!
