A day pass gives you time-limited access to hotel facilities without booking a room. You can enjoy amenities like pools, beaches, spas, gyms, and restaurants for a set duration (typically 8-12 hours). It's perfect for locals, tourists staying elsewhere, or anyone wanting a luxury day out.
During our launch period, no online payment is required through our platform. You pay the day pass price directly at the hotel reception when you arrive. Prices vary depending on the hotel and package selected. This approach lets us test our platform and gather feedback while providing flexibility for both guests and hotels.
We partner with premium hotels across Cyprus, including properties in Nicosia, Limassol, Paphos, Larnaca, and Ayia Napa. Our collection includes beachfront resorts, city hotels, and spa destinations. Browse our Hotels page to see all available properties and their day pass options.
You can browse hotels without an account, but you'll need to sign up (free and quick!) to make bookings. Creating an account also lets you manage your bookings, view history, and save favorite hotels. You can sign up with email or Google for faster registration.
Booking & Reservations
Booking is simple and takes less than 2 minutes:

- Choose your preferred day pass package
- Select your date and number of guests
- Click "Book Now" and confirm
- Receive instant email confirmation
Yes! If slots are available, you can book same-day passes. However, we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability, especially for weekends and holidays. Early booking also gives you more package options to choose from.
Absolutely! Each day pass has a capacity limit (usually 1-5 guests). You can book multiple passes for larger groups. For corporate events or groups over 20 people, please contact us directly or reach out to the hotel for special group arrangements and potential discounts.
You can typically book up to 30 days in advance, though this varies by hotel and season. Some properties may offer longer booking windows during off-peak periods. We recommend booking early for popular dates like weekends, holidays, and summer months to secure your preferred time slot.
If your preferred date is fully booked, try selecting a different date or check our other partner hotels in the same area. You can also save the hotel to your favorites and check back later as cancellations may open up slots. We're constantly adding new hotel partners, so check back regularly!
Day Pass Experience
Essential items to bring:

Most hotels provide towels, but check your specific package details to be sure.
Day passes typically run from 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm, though exact times vary by hotel and package. You can arrive and leave at any time within your booking window - there's no need to use the full duration. Check your booking confirmation for your specific access hours.
It depends on the package! Basic packages typically include facility access only. Premium packages may include lunch, F&B credits, or welcome drinks. You can always purchase food and beverages at hotel restaurants and bars at regular prices. Check your specific package details for inclusions.
Yes! Children are welcome at all our partner hotels. Most hotels have dedicated kids' pools and play areas. Children over 3 years typically need to be counted in your guest total. Always supervise children around pools and water areas. Some hotels offer special family packages - check individual hotel details.
Dress codes vary by area:
- Pool/Beach: Swimwear required; cover-ups for public areas
- Restaurants: Smart casual (no swimwear)

Cancellations & Changes
Yes! Cancellation policies vary by hotel. Most allow free cancellation up to 24 hours before your booking, some require 48-72 hours notice. You can cancel through your account dashboard. The cancellation policy is clearly shown when you book and in your confirmation email.
To change your date, you'll need to cancel your current booking (within the cancellation window) and create a new one for your preferred date. We're working on adding a direct modification feature. Contact support if you need help with this process.
Please cancel your booking as soon as possible if you can't attend. This frees up the slot for other guests and helps maintain good relationships with our hotel partners. No-shows without cancellation may result in account restrictions. We understand emergencies happen - just contact support if you have special circumstances.
Technical & Account
Absolutely! We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data. Your personal information is never shared with third parties without your consent. We're GDPR compliant and take data privacy seriously. Read our Privacy Policy for complete details.
If you didn't receive your confirmation email:
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Verify you entered the correct email address
- Check your account's "My Bookings" section
- Contact support with your booking details
You can still use your booking - just show your booking ID from the account dashboard at the hotel.
Click "Login" then "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your email address and we'll send you a password reset link. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes. For security, reset links expire after 1 hour.
Yes, you can request account deletion by contacting our support team. Please note this will cancel all future bookings and permanently delete your booking history. This action cannot be undone. We'll be sad to see you go, but we respect your choice!
