You can also sign up using your Google account for faster registration.

Do I need an account to browse hotels?

No! You can browse all hotels and day pass options without creating an account. However, you'll need to create an account to make bookings and access your booking history.

How does pricing work during the launch period?

During our launch period, no online payment is required through our platform. You pay the day pass price directly at the hotel reception when you arrive. Prices vary depending on the hotel and package selected. This approach lets us test our platform and gather feedback while providing flexibility for both guests and hotels.

Making Bookings

How do I book a day pass?

Booking is quick and easy:

  1. Browse hotels or use the search to find your preferred location
  2. Click on a hotel to view available day pass packages
  3. Select your preferred package and choose your date
  4. Specify the number of guests
  5. Click "Book Now" and confirm your booking
  6. Receive instant confirmation via email
Can I book for multiple people?

Yes! Each day pass package has a specified capacity. You can book for multiple guests up to the package limit. If you need more capacity, you can book multiple packages or contact the hotel directly for group arrangements.

How far in advance can I book?

Booking availability varies by hotel and season. Generally, you can book up to 30 days in advance. Some hotels may offer longer booking windows during off-peak seasons. We recommend booking early, especially for weekends and holidays.

Can I book for today?

Yes, subject to availability! If slots are available, you can book a day pass for the same day. However, we recommend booking at least one day in advance to ensure availability and give yourself time to plan.

What do I need to bring to the hotel?

Please bring the following:

  • Your booking confirmation (email or digital copy)
  • Valid photo ID (passport, driver's license, or national ID)
  • Swimwear and towels (some hotels provide towels)
  • Any personal items you'll need for the day

Managing Your Bookings

How do I view my bookings?

Log in to your account and click on "My Bookings" from the user menu. You'll see all your past, current, and upcoming bookings with their status and details.

Can I cancel or modify my booking?

Yes, you can cancel bookings through your account dashboard. Cancellation policies vary by hotel:

  • Most hotels allow free cancellation up to 24 hours before
  • Some hotels require 48-72 hours notice
  • Cancellation terms are clearly shown when booking

To modify a booking (change date or number of guests), you'll need to cancel and create a new booking.

What happens if I don't show up?

No-shows without prior cancellation may result in restrictions on your account. Please cancel your booking if you can't make it, so other guests can book the slot. Repeated no-shows may lead to temporary or permanent account suspension.

Can I transfer my booking to someone else?

Bookings are generally non-transferable. However, you can cancel your booking (if within the cancellation window) and have the other person create a new booking. For special circumstances, please contact our support team.
