1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Cyprus Daily Pass ("Service", "Platform", "Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Cyprus Daily Pass is operated by Cyprus Daily Pass ("we", "us", "our"). We provide a platform connecting users with hotels offering day pass access to their facilities.

2. Definitions

• "Day Pass" - Access to hotel facilities for a specified period without overnight accommodation
• "User" - Any person who accesses or uses the Service
• "Partner" - Hotels and establishments offering day passes through our Platform
• "Booking" - A confirmed reservation for a day pass
• "Guest" - A user who has made a booking

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To make bookings, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

3.2 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make bookings.

4. Bookings and Payments

4.1 Booking Process

When you make a booking:

• You receive a booking confirmation via email
• The booking is subject to availability
• You must present valid ID and booking confirmation at the hotel
• You agree to comply with the Partner's facility rules

4.2 Launch Period Payment Terms

During our launch period:

• No online payment is required through our Platform
• Payment is made directly to the hotel upon arrival
• Prices are set by Partners and displayed on our Platform
• We are not responsible for payment disputes with Partners

4.3 Future Payment Processing

When online payments are implemented, separate payment terms will apply and you will be notified before making any payment.

5. Cancellations and Modifications

5.1 User Cancellations

You may cancel or modify bookings through your account dashboard. Cancellation policies vary by Partner and are displayed during booking.

5.2 Partner Cancellations

Partners may cancel bookings due to:

• Force majeure events
• Facility maintenance or closure
• Overbooking errors

In such cases, you will be notified immediately and offered alternatives or full refund.

6. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Submit false or misleading information
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Transmit viruses or malicious code
• Interfere with the Platform's operation
• Use automated systems to access the Service
• Resell or commercially exploit day passes
• Post inappropriate reviews or content

7. Partner Terms

7.1 Partner Responsibilities

Partners agree to:

• Provide accurate facility information and pricing
• Honor all confirmed bookings
• Maintain facility standards and safety
• Update availability in real-time
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

7.2 Commission

Commission structure and payment terms are outlined in separate Partner Agreements.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Cyprus Daily Pass and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without explicit written permission.

9. User-Generated Content

9.1 Reviews and Ratings

By submitting reviews, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on our Platform.

Reviews must be:

• Based on genuine experiences
• Respectful and appropriate
• Free from profanity or offensive content
• Not promotional or commercial

We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these guidelines.

10. Disclaimers

10.1 Service "As Is"

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

10.2 Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for:

• Quality of Partner facilities or services
• Partner conduct or policies
• Injuries or damages at Partner locations
• Disputes between users and Partners

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cyprus Daily Pass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cyprus Daily Pass from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your conduct at Partner facilities

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiation between parties
2. Mediation if negotiation fails
3. Arbitration in Cyprus if mediation fails

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via:

• Prominent notice on the Platform
• In-app notification

Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
